THE BRIEF

A Goa-based client wanted a pied-à-terre in Mumbai that worked hard as both a private retreat and a party pad. The location was already exceptional — the 76th floor of one of Lower Parel's landmark towers, with panoramic views of the Mumbai skyline in every direction. The brief was equally clear: bold, vibrant, and completely unforgettable. We designed unwind76 as a home that earns its name every evening.

THE LIVING ROOM

The living room is built around its greatest asset — L-shaped corner windows that turn the Mumbai skyline into a living artwork. The layout is conversational and fluid: a dynamic sofa arrangement, Murano glass side tables, and a custom tropical rug underfoot. The centrepiece is the Slamp Zaha Hadid pendant light — a sculptural chandelier that commands the room without competing with the view. A concealed ultra-short throw projector transforms the main wall into an immersive screen for movie nights and parties, disappearing entirely when not in use.

THE KITCHEN & BAR

The open kitchen is the social engine of the apartment. A champagne gold bar counter, white Dekton surfaces, and FLOS pendant lighting make it as beautiful to look at as it is to host from. This is a kitchen designed for champagne at midnight as much as coffee at eight.

THE POWDER ROOM

Small in footprint, enormous in personality. Rose gold fittings and JJ Valaya tiles give the powder room the drama of a jewellery box — the kind of detail that guests remember long after the evening ends.

THE GUEST BEDROOM

The guest bedroom doubles as a chic lounge — a space that works for an overnight guest or a lazy afternoon with equal ease. Wardrobes are leather-clad, mirrors by Vetromoda, and the overall palette is sophisticated and calm.

THE MASTER SUITE

The master bedroom is a plush retreat: green velvet furnishings, a custom art rug used as a headboard, and floor-to-ceiling city views that make waking up here feel cinematic. The adjoining bathroom is finished with Dream Garden tiles and a full steam and shower zone — designed to unwind you as thoroughly as the apartment's name promises.
