When leading developer SVB Realty acquired a landmark office in Mumbai’s financial hub, ZERO9 was commissioned to craft a 1,500 sq ft luxury headquarters that blends prestige with functionality.

Two adjoining spaces were merged to create an impressive reception area, clad in elegant marble with a striking custom reception desk. A private meeting room sits to one side, while a sophisticated presentation room on the other showcases upcoming projects with leather-paneled walls concealing a washroom, server room, and boardroom access.

The expansive boardroom features a bespoke 10-seater marble table and state-of-the-art automation for seamless video and in-person meetings. Fluted partition panels allow filtered natural light to illuminate open workstations and cabins, while a light color palette enhances the bright, professional ambiance.

This office exemplifies luxury commercial interiors in Mumbai, balancing design, brand identity, and functionality.

Between the Lines

Q1. What was the core vision behind the SVB Realty headquarters?
The brief was to design a luxury office that embodies prestige, professionalism, and purpose. ZERO9’s vision was to create a space that reflects SVB Realty’s stature while ensuring efficiency, comfort, and timeless visual appeal.

Q2. How did merging two spaces influence the design layout?
By merging two adjoining units, the design gained the freedom to create hierarchy and flow. This allowed for an impressive marble-clad reception, flanked by a meeting room on one side and a private presentation zone on the other — ensuring spatial clarity and functional zoning.

Q3. What defines the experience upon entering the office?
Visitors are welcomed into a grand reception area with elegant marble finishes and a custom sculptural reception desk. The space exudes sophistication, setting the tone for a brand built on credibility and design finesse.

Q4. How does the design reflect SVB Realty’s brand identity?
The interiors mirror SVB Realty’s values — luxury, precision, and vision. The leather-paneled walls, bespoke marble furniture, and warm lighting create an atmosphere of quiet authority, aligning with the company’s real estate leadership image.

Q5. What makes the boardroom a focal point of the design?
The boardroom serves as the office’s nucleus — featuring a custom 10-seater marble table, advanced automation systems, and a refined acoustic environment for smooth digital and in-person meetings. It’s a symbol of decision-making elegance.

Q6. How is technology integrated into the workspace?
The office incorporates state-of-the-art automation — from lighting and presentation systems to video conferencing — enabling seamless transitions between work modes while maintaining a sleek, uncluttered aesthetic.

Q7. How is natural light utilized within the layout?
Fluted glass partitions allow filtered daylight to flow through workstations and cabins, creating a bright, uplifting environment without compromising privacy. This blend of openness and subtle enclosure defines the workspace mood.

Q8. What was the design approach for the color and material palette?
A light, neutral palette forms the foundation — enriched with marble, leather, brass accents, and soft greys. The result is a balanced canvas that conveys professionalism while maintaining warmth and luxury.

Q9. How does the design balance aesthetics with functionality?
Every space — from the concealed storage within wall panels to the integrated washroom and server room — is planned for efficiency and discretion. The design prioritizes clarity, workflow, and comfort, ensuring no compromise between beauty and purpose.

Q10. In one line, how would you describe the SVB Realty office?
A luxury headquarters that embodies brand prestige through calm sophistication, functional clarity, and timeless design.
