This 5000 sqft luxury apartment in Mumbai was envisioned as a serene retreat for the client, with an exclusive circular floor plan designed for relaxation and comfort. Almost every room offers fascinating panoramic city views, making the home a unique urban sanctuary.

The private lobby opens into a spacious family living room featuring a large seating area overlooking the city and a hidden projector setup for game nights. An elegant dining corner with a concealed bar unit complements the space. A striking Thota Vaikuntam artwork woven into a hand-tufted New Zealand wool and banana silk carpet forms the centerpiece of this zone.

Flowing seamlessly into the main living room, the fluid marble flooring with brass inlays guides you towards rare and calming mountain views — a true luxury in the heart of Mumbai. Two guest bedrooms combine understated elegance with plush comfort, one featuring a full-size bed and the other a versatile sofa bed for flexible use.

The powder bathroom is a highlight with its dramatic botanical wall and ambient lighting, creating a plush spa-like experience. The expansive living room offers dual seating arrangements and opens to a large balcony facing the mountains, anchored by exquisite silk rugs and a vibrant Vysali Kalidindi artwork.

A serene temple corner crafted with semi-precious stone inlay brings a spiritual balance to the home, while the library offers a quiet retreat with a customized rug flooring and mountain views.

The master suite is a private haven with a motorized reclining bed, cozy lounge, and balcony filtering in natural light. The adjoining walk-in wardrobe with an island counter connects to an all-white luxury bath featuring a dedicated steam room, delivering a complete indulgent experience.
