Welcomed by a huge porch, the clubhouse for Monte Carlo is iconic with its sloping roofs made in Mangalore tiles. The driveway flanks a Zen garden on one side and a seating shaded with pergola on the other. Upon entering the clubhouse there is a concierge area provided with ample seating and a water body in the lobby. Ground floor acts as a host for various activities - restaurant, kitchen, banquet hall, indoor games, gym and spa. Also a provision of a infinity swimming pool with a deck. A jogging track on the periphery of a go-karting track is placed between other outdoor activities viz. a football field, basketball and tennis court on the southern part of the plot. A staircase leading to the first floor consists of rooms for the guests to stay. Rooms open up to a balcony having a serene view of nature.
