The footprint of the building being considerably small, the spaces were carefully planned to fit the uptight site restraints.

The ground floor consists of a double height lobby, a lift and staircase. An alternate floor layout planning, and alternating the size and position of the balcony created an interesting and dynamic elevation.

The building culminates to a penthouse with an attached terrace. The facade of this building is kept playful with the green walls and and moveable balcony partitions.
