A prominent business family from Nagpur envisioned a development that blended the luxury of a villa with the security and convenience of an urban apartment building. ZERO9 transformed their existing plot into a one-of-a-kind mixed-use development, creating an elevated lifestyle that combines privacy, functionality, and grandeur.
The ground level welcomes you with recreational amenities, including a spacious lawn, wooden decks, indoor games area, and a serene lap pool — designed for leisure and family gatherings.
The first floor houses the client’s private office space, accompanied by a two-bedroom guest apartment for visiting family and associates.
The second and third levels are dedicated to the stunning VillApartment villa, featuring a double-height formal living room, family lounge, dining space, pooja room, modern kitchen, and individually designed bedrooms — all connected internally via a private elevator and staircase. A large party deck extends the living area, creating the perfect entertainment zone.
The terrace level is designed as a solar ground, integrating sustainable architecture by capturing renewable energy while offering panoramic city views.
Architecturally, the south façade minimizes heat gain with a striking terracotta perforated screen, while the east and north sides are kept open to allow ample natural light.
