Designed as the grand entrance to an upscale residential building, this space blends high-end interior design, premium materials, and functionality to create a sophisticated first impression.
Stepping inside, visitors are welcomed into a serene, beach-like atmosphere. The highlight is a parametric rear wall inspired by frozen ocean waves, making a bold architectural statement. Complementing this are rich grey Italian marble floors that exude grandeur and a custom-crafted parametric birch ply bench that enhances the pristine white palette.
The fluted Satuario marble walls and a bespoke monolithic marble reception desk with brass gold accents add to the lobby’s luxurious appeal. Designed with privacy and convenience in mind, each apartment enjoys private elevator access with advanced access control systems that open directly into the living rooms.
