Designed on an East-facing plot, the building revives Mumbai’s long-lost balcony culture with stacked, linear balconies that create a clean and elegant façade while opening every home to abundant natural light and fresh air.
Each floor houses only one apartment, ensuring complete privacy for its residents. The top-floor duplex is an epitome of sophistication, featuring a grand double-height living room and panoramic views.
The structure incorporates five levels of podium car parking serviced with modern car lifts, and the façade of the podium is clad with rich WPC wooden fins, adding a warm, contemporary touch to the building’s exterior. Beneath, two basement levels accommodate all essential service and utility spaces, keeping the residential zones serene and functional.
